Eligibility Criteria:

To ensure that the program attracts the most promising and dedicated insurance professionals, certain prerequisites must be met:

Citizenship in an Africa Re member state.
Age under 35 years.
Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
Relevant professional experience within an insurance/reinsurance company, insurance broking firm, or a related field.
Continuous access to the internet.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and/or French.

Application Process:

All enthusiastic candidates are invited to submit their applications online between October 1, 2023, and January 14, 2024. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
